Australian Writer, Publisher and Principal of Mountain Mist Productions, Lynette Patricia King (L P King), is the Owner and Manager of this Website. Please GO HERE to correspond. L P King brings to the company a wealth of experience as a Writer, Editor, Teacher, Administrator and Business Manager. Her combined skills lend a sense of confidence to this Publishing initiative.

Lynette Patricia King is a former teacher of French, English, Modern History and Business English, she holds a Master of Letters (M Litt), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Diploma in Education (Dip Ed) and a Teacher’s Certificate. A wide range of artistic, cultural and academic interests reflect her diverse background in teaching, editing and business.

Born in Gulargambone, in Central Western New South Wales, she is a third generation Irish-Australian. Mountain Mist Productions Greetings at www.1stmistcards.com is an off-shoot of the main publishing site and the site serves as the entertainment arm of Mountain Mist Productions. All books offered for sale through the site are processed electronically by Paymate or via snail mail cheques or money orders. Paymate www.paymate.com.au was chosen to take care of all credit card transactions in a fully secure manner and they utilise the highest encryption standards so your details are always safe.

When you click on the Paymate logo the details for Mountain Mist Productions will come up and the email address is already embedded in the little pop-up window. There is no need to register to make a payment. Paymate provides information for you regarding fees, conversions etc. You must pay in Australian dollars and books will be shipped immediately Paymate notifies that the funds are cleared. Your bank statement will reflect a payment made to Paymate.

You will need Java and Cookies enabled to use Paymate. You will also need your Credit Card Number, Expiry Date and the Item Number of what you wish to purchase. Please remember that Print on Demand relates to the fact that we are able to store books in our Printer's system and order on a needs basis rather than having to buy huge quantities of books upfront. "On Demand" is a term relative to Publishers not Buyers; and it does not mean instant delivery - the same conditions apply for ordering our books as with anything you order over the Internet. We will at all times keep you appraised of your Order and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.

Alternative Payment

A lot of people still feel uneasy about credit card payments on the Internet and whilst Mountain Mist Productions doesn't share these concerns, we respect the rights of others. Postage

All books are shipped direct from our Printer and are posted via Australia Post via regular post and air mail and are packed as securely and as safely as possible. Prices quoted for books include packing, postage and handling.

Returns

Our Printer (Digitalprintaustralia) guarantees the quality of the books at the point of postage and will only replace items that are found to be defective due to a manufacturing oversight or that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging. Every effort will be made to ensure the goods are packaged in a secure and safe manner. Additional insurance can be arranged if required for larger quantities of books. Every attempt will be made to adequately describe the books in our Online Catalogue and books may not be returned simply because the Buyer does not like the book. All requests for returns must be made immediately after receipt of the books. Mountain Mist Productions aims to provide satisfaction so if you have any queries please make immediate contact.
